I am an experienced claims professional and lawyer specialising in liability claims, litigation and risk management. I manage complex claims from initial assessment through to resolution, working closely with insurers, clients, brokers and legal representatives. I bring strong legal and technical expertise to my role, combined with a practical and commercial approach to claims management. 

Originally from New Zealand, I like to think I bring a good dose of Kiwi practicality and humour to what can sometimes be a very serious industry! I value building genuine, lasting relationships across the insurance industry and believe that good outcomes come from a combination of sound technical advice, collaboration and treating people well along the way.

Outside of work, I’m happiest simply watching tv, or doing anything involving good food and good company - whether that’s trying a new restaurant, cooking at home or catching up with friends over drinks.
